The Incredible Mr Bones on Feb. 05, 2015

At first glance, an odd piece, a little erratic in the way it's presented and written. Slightly all over the place, although it soon finds it's footing and turns into quite the surprise. I never was one for fantasy books, but aspiring authors these days come out with some amazing work. Personally I would have to say this little book happens to be yet another example of that belief. At face value, it's a story about a walking, talking; adventure going pooch. However I can't help but "feel" the cleverly written metaphors, coupled with some dry humour and the subtle tongue in cheek, is actually a nod to something much bigger and more realistic. All in all, I'd have to recommend it as a good read, one that leaves itself open to interpretation from the reader; whilst maintaining it's cover quiet well as a children's book.
