I'm pleased to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It exhibits the trademark Maxim sly humor and wordplay. With a wide-ranging cast of characters, emphasis is not placed on Elizabeth and Martin, who readers met first in Haven. But we already know them, and their issues (of which they have a few), and so we don't need further extensive character development. Instead, the book places heavy focus on a story about women's rights, particularly in the Muslim world, and explores the possibility of a legend gone viral. It's a complicated story, but well-done, and even the bad guys are fun to hate. I highly recommend it. If you enjoy spy thrillers or stories closely linked to the real world, this book is for you.
