When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I am certified Pet Trainer with the PetSmart store in Hanover, PA. When I'm not working at the store, hanging out with the critters, I like to read. I also enjoy watching classic movies and TV (pre-1970).
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes! When I was a kid, I loved the old Batman TV show with Adam West. I remember writing a story with my dad as Batman, tooling around my hometown of Levittown, PA as the caped crusader. I thought it was cool but it was probably pretty bad. (I was eight years old at the time.) I wished I would have saved it--probably worth more-than-a-few smiles.
Uninvited and unwanted changes can shatter a young person's life. In Forever, 13 year-old Ben Stuart faces coming of age under these challenges. Humor, nostalgia and hope mingle with sadness in this novella set in the early 1970s.
