  • The Disappearance of Douglas White: A Sally Nimitz Mystery (Book 2) on Dec. 07, 2012

I have read both the Nimitz Mysteries twice - this is good old fashined story telling and can be enjoyed for the characters and their responses as much for plot. top stuff and do hope there will be a followup before too long!
  • Framed for Murder on Dec. 07, 2012

This is rollicking good fun. Lead character is gutsy and just a tad annoying - which is balanced with an honesty and charm that disarms the reader. well written and would take another from this author
  • Observations with a Teacup on Dec. 07, 2012

...hhmm no, sorry, this wasn't for me. couldn't get past the first 3 pages.
  • Murder, Lies and Chocolate on Dec. 07, 2012

have had both the 'chocolate' books for a while now and throroughly enjoyed both. This is bright, modern, feisty and am definitely now suffering 'chocolate' withdrawal. Sally Berneathy, number 3 please!!!
  • Endless Joke on Dec. 07, 2012

endless yes. joke no. Not to my taste after all. that doesn't mean it won't suit others.
  • An Angel Named 'Dog' on Dec. 07, 2012

This was a 'gamble' for me as am not so much into the apocolyptic aftermath scene... but OMG! I agree with the first reviewer, BUY THIS BOOK. For all that it is harrowing this is written with an honesty and clarity that stuns and despite the potential to slip into the macabre, this veers just south of that enough to be profound and moving. I would definitely read more my this author.
