    A delightful read, "Experiences with the Energy Body" by Bill Johnson brings into view the internal landscape that we all experience, but usually without consciousness. His being able to observe and learn to work with his energy body offers hope to those individuals aware of esoteric and personal phenomena, through working with breath and energy. The telling of his travels, in biographical form, was light, amusing in parts, and succinct. Those interested in the workings and connections of mind/body will appreciate his candor in discussing the causes and effects of depression and his personal method of resolution. It's a good read, suggested for authors and spiritually-inclined individuals. Each sentence contains much to be meditated upon or considered.
