Mark A. Hawkins


Mark is a teacher, counsellor, and philosopher who is interested in the human condition and in the human quest for meaning and purpose. His journey has led him to study a multitude of philosophies, psychologies, and spiritual traditions to understand how people throughout time have attempted to live fulfilling lives.

He has a Master's degree in counselling and is currently completing his Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Education at Simon Fraser University. Mark has worked as a high school teacher and counsellor for nearly 15 years and is also an instructor at Simon Fraser University and City University of Seattle.
