As someone who doesn't read a lot of poetry i wasn't sure what to expect when i first read this. Suffice it to say this book is a very well articulated, creative masterpiece. Abdul sami writes from a very personal and meaningful place and surely anyone who reads this book will be able to relate in some way. Its would recommend this to everyone.

Another great book by Abdul Sami. This author can always paint such dark themes into very vivid poems. He has a firm grasp on poetry and an understanding of his subject matter. I would love to see more from him.
