Oh Arian, I thought she was a fantastic character, along with many of the others! I really enjoyed reading this book, I never wanted to put it down. I was so happy with the length, as I LOVE long books. I read this on my iPhone and was happy to lay in bed and read to my hearts content. I wish I never had to take a break (or sleep) while reading this book. I thought this was all very interesting and really enjoyed reading because I love Egypt, Mythology, magic and the paranormal. It was all so well mixed together. And so interesting to imagine these things still being played out today. I cannot wait to read the next book. The ONLY downfalls to this book was a couple spelling and punctuation errors and my mind really got stuck on those... That and sometimes I felt that it was too descriptive of the rooms that they were in... Which sometimes I would just skip over. I think my mind doesn't care what kind of floor or carpet they're standing on... haha. I was hoping for a little bit more/better sex scenes from this book, but Midalah (commenter below) was right the two sex scenes that were actually descriptive were alright, but I still felt as though they were lacking steam. I am anxious to learn what happens between Arian and Ian. And to see her life as Banriona and learn more about her family and the way that they practice their magic. I really loved reading this book. I really do recommend it to people if they like a little romance, magic, Egyptology, and the paranormal.

I absolutely Couldn't stop reading this book!! As the previous reviewer said, I HAD to read on to figure out th same things!! I loved the cougar! I thought It was brilliant how the whole book started. It really reeled me in by readin of future events, and then read the story from the beginning! I cannot wait to read the next book and find out what happens to Uriah and Claire!!

This was a quick and great read! Would have been a fantastic full length novel! I was immediately captivated when Brenna's boyfriend seemed disinterested in her. And had to know what was going on! The thing with Orman was kind of sudden but was an interesting twist to the story. I couldn't stop reading it! Great short read!

I really enjoyed tlreading his story. I could have easily been turned into a full length novel. I really liked the idea of a vampire being able to see the dead and help. That was awesome. There was one spelling error, using there instead of their ... But other than that was very well written! Thanks so much for giving me something to occupy my mind for 15 minutes! :)

This book was great! Though, I was super sad that we did not get to learn anything about the kid that was found dead. I kind of felt as though that part was not resolved. (maybe it was, and I don't remember). It was a dandy book, but nothing really to rave about. It was very intriguing, and it made me want to finish it. Somethings were kind of sketchy throughout the book, but not sketchy enough for me to actually put it down.
