Analiesa Adams

Born in Washington, I've lived in the Pacific Northwest all my life, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. In my estimation, the Washington Peninsula is the most beautiful of areas to live. Visited outside of the state a few times, but always come back to the place I love.

Bookkeeper by day, writer by night, my heart belongs in the stories I create. There is no question that writing is where I need to be at the end of the day.

My son is the light of my life. His smile and humor have brought me through many tough times, and he continues to be my inspiration. The two loves of my life at the moment are my two kitties named Loca and Bebe, both of which are a constant bother to my writing, but they keep me laughing.

Smashwords Interview

What motivated you to become an indie author?
I've found that my greatest joy is in writing, when I want and how I want. Traditional publishing processes seem to limit the creativity and imagination in my stories. Indie publishing allows me to tell my story the way I feel is best.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Being somewhat introverted, I have a hard time in expressing myself at times when speaking. When I begin to write, all guards are dropped, allowing me to speak freely through my words. There is a little part of me in every character, and I enjoy becoming entrenched in their lives for a short time as I write.
