Doug Setter


Doug grew up in Surrey, B.C. At 18 years and 120 pounds, he joined the Canadian military. Doug served as a communication researcher, radio operator and paratrooper. He served with the U.N. Protection Force in Croatia in 1993 and later earned a Bachelor of Science. He is the author of Stomach Flattening, Reduce Your Alcohol Craving and Selo. Doug has run five complete marathons, climbed Mt. Rainier and won a welter weight kick-boxing championship. He has been a guest on CKNW and CBC radio.
