"Abhirun Das is a final year MBBS Student from Guwahati, Assam, India. Besides writing, music forms an integral part of his life and is a
pianist as well. “It’s music that compels me to write.”

Born in a family of doctors, Abhirun holds an avid interest in sports, having represented his school and college in National Clusters.
Since his school days in Don Bosco, he has always been actively involved in orations, debates and other literary events held across the
state and country.

‘Across The Line’ was his first short story, to be published as a part of an all-Asia literary event -‘The War Within: The Stories Untold season 2’, hosted by Daastan Publishing House, partnered with United States Institute of Peace. Following that, he has written another short story entitled “The Mulberry Murders”. He is also the founder and admin of ‘The Ancient Souls’, promoting literature on the web."
