My name is Adam Carter. I have been a health and wellness professional for the past seven years. However, I love writing and I feel that it is the best way to reach and help others. I have a passion for helping others with their health and wellness struggles. Most of my work is centered around educating, motivating, and supporting others in an effort to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
I am a graduate of Ohio University where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and I am currently wrapping up my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University. Aside from my education, I have been in the health and wellness industry for seven years and am the founder and CEO of Across The Board Health & Wellness Management, LLC.
