Alyce Caswell began writing when she was six years old, continuing a long family tradition of storytelling. Her love of sci-fi/fantasy often leads to her submerging herself in fantastical or alien worlds for weeks at a time, both as a reader and a writer.

Alyce released The Tortured Wind, the first book in her space opera/romance series in 2017. A sequel, The Twisted Vine, was released in 2018.
