Wudang Tai Chi Chuan

I've had the pleasure to train with Othmar and not only is he a superb martial artist, but he is also very good at communicating such a complex system as taichichuan. Here, he goes through the hand form (Wudang style, Cheng Tin Hung lineage) step by step. I particularly enjoyed having the names in German and Italian, which is always a bonus for those of us training in international environments.
