Autobiographies are most often the domain of the rich and famous. I gained neither, but figured I had an interesting-enough first 22 years - to warrant sharing some of the episodes. If just one or two small things had differed, prior to the 1997 hand-over to China, Hong Kong would likely still be a British colony. The book is divvied into three sections: #1. History of HK from 17th century. #2. History of the actual hand-over, and #3. Fictitious account of how things could have differed if Britain's 'Iron Lady' hadn't acted like pewter, and instead stood up to the Chinese.
