Angel Dust

Biography

I am a 50 year old widowed mother of 4, with 10 grandchildren. I became head of house while living on the south side of Chicago at the age of 15, where I earned and was given the name "Angel Dust". The experiences I write about, although negative, cold hearted and harsh, helped me to achieve the strengths I have today.

Smashwords Interview

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Indianapolis Indiana and Chicago Illinois. My parents weren't together as long as I can remember, so I was often sent back and forth between them and a great aunt and grandfather. By the time I was 15 I had gotten away from all adult guardians and learned to live on my own, simply by paying attention to life. I wanted to share my story because I know I'm not the only one that's been "through something". Something similar.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The non fiction story InComings, is just as it's told. A life of incest, molestation, promiscuity and rejection. I never felt loved as an adolescent and don't believe I really experienced it until the unconditional love shared between myself and my children. Now young adults.

As far as the erotic fiction genre, Instead Of School - The Alarm Clock Diaries Vol. 1, Ordinary Offices Vol. 2 and Pretty In Prison Vol. 3, which are 3 of an anticipated 4, I've been celibate for nearly 5 years now. Although my legs remain closed, my mind is very active and running rampant throughout the pages.
