A profound book requiring deeper thought into the idea that we live many different lives. The characters are well-developed, and the story is engaging and fun. Ann has a unique life, her fifth overall, and unknowingly has to make sacrifices for the highest intangible values on the path within spiritual eternity. This is her redemption. I can relate these values to life today, in that no matter where you live or who you are, there are more important things than material gains, while still pursuing love, success, and fulfillment. This story will also take you to some challenging times in our history and really help one to reflect. Great job by the author, Jacklyn!

A very real and intriguing read The writer does an excellent job depicting gang life, the sheer brutality of Street life, and the boys in the hood. Despite these obvious perils, there is still a strong sense of comradery, and importance of family bonds. This brings life in the ghetto to the forefront with Language and characters that are ver memorable. It reminds me a lot of "Luis Miguel Fuentes: Diary of a Dirty Boy". Real, in your face, and poignant.

Fast paced, fun, and full of action! This thriller is a fun ride. Plenty of intense scenes, great characters, and a mafia feel to it! Angelica is unforgettable and somewhat of a heroine. Well done!

This is a highly entertaining Romance that, although I am not a huge fan of the genre, kept my full attention. It has a European flair, and I imagined this type of love and soulmate connection happening in somewhere like Venice. It is also thrilling for those who act on feeling and jump into something new, getting swept off their feet. I loved the excitement brought in this book. The writing was just a little awkward at times, with a few editing errors, but otherwise, this is a very good read for anyone who wants to imagine a life of spontanaity and real love!
