Alet Gardner

Biography

Alet graduated with a BSc in Home Economics from the University of Pretoria. She loves to write and paint, does creative needlework and a little photography. She contributed to ‘n Drukkie vir my Ma (CUM 2002), is the author of Hoop vir my Huwelik (CUM 2002), Kospotte van Egipte en Italië (Rosslyn-Pers 2015), Battlefront Cook (Rosslyn Publishers 2016) and also writes articles for www.ekerk.org . Alet has lived in England since 1999 with her husband Brink. They have four children, three children-in-law and five grandchildren, living in England, the Channel Islands and in South Africa respectively.
Having been married for 51 years at the time of this publication, they are living in their forever home in the Kent countryside and are still on this journey of discovering and sharing the “magic” of a truly happy marriage.
