Always - A Short Erotic Romance

Book Excursions Book Reviews 3.5 Stars!!! Belle wasn’t looking for prince charming; all she wanted was an honest man who loved her and would care for her. Billy Rae was beginning to breakdown her walls; when the ultimate betrayal is discovered can Belle find it in herself to carry on? Always was a short and intriguing story; Scarlett Redd has you captivated by Belle from the very beginning, pulling at your emotions with her back story. Belle’s childhood had not been easy; the fact she was still living life was a miracle. As the story progresses Scarlett has your heart breaking all over again; the depth to the story considering it’s a short story is really good. Belle is clearly a lonely girl with a heart of gold who deserves to be loved and cherished. Those around Belle unfortunately don’t treat her with the respect she deserves; with this story you find yourself disliking more than one character. Billy Rae was a sweet guy who knew how to take care of a woman; however your impression of him could change as the story concludes. This story had great potential of being much longer and a story of much greater depth; with this said for its length I feel Scarlett Redd has done a good job and her writing is of a great standard. It’s clear Scarlett Redd likes to add her twist on a story and the ending to this story both blew me away and stunned me; although I would have preferred a different outcome the deliverance was good; although perhaps sudden. Without a doubt Scarlett Redd is an Author to watch out for and I strongly recommend you give this first book a read. If you enjoy short romances with depth and a twist you will love Always by Scarlett Redd!
