This book is one of the best DBT/BPD books out there. It clearly outlines 31 DBT skills with easy to understand, humorous and interesting examples. Debbie Corso is well-known in the BPD community and this book engages the reader from the first sentence. If you are new to DBT or just looking for a refresher course this books is for you!
I believe in Debbie's work so much, I gave 10 away this week, as a DBT Counselor I see this book as being invaluable to those struggling with black and white thinking.
Wonderful read- buy this book!!!
