Burnout Recovery: Positive Psychology Research
Experiencing burnout showed me that my life was broken. I developed an autoimmune disease and had very little energy. I spent my recovery time researching happiness-inducing strategies, testing them and retaining the ones that worked for me. I was able to transform my life into one filled with joy. My book Avoiding Burnout describes the development of illness and how I changed my life for the better.
