I am 41 years old and the adoptive mommy of Sam, the most beautiful little boy in the whole wide world. I have travelled the infertility road as well as the adoption road and I know it's one of the hardest things anyone can go through - AND that it's particularly difficult for a woman to go through. Because no matter how much support you get from your partner, YOU are the one having to go through all the injections, pills, hormonal changes, the pain of over-stimulation, egg retrieval and the excruciating pain of a pregnancy loss. So I am particularly in tune with my female readers!
I'm also a full-time photographer and part-time indie writer.
We reside in Pretoria, Gauteng in sunny, BEAUTIFUL South Africa, in a homely little cottage on a private smallholding.
