Autumn Maria Reed


Autumn Maria Reed, also known as AMReed8, is a composer and arranger in the pop, jazz and orchestral realm, living and creating in her home town of Madison, Wisconsin. Citing influences from several diverse sources, she looks to composers Alan Menken, Stephen Sondheim and Stephen Schwartz for inspiration, as well as iconoclastic performers Diane Warren, Ella Fitzgerald, John Coltrane and Madonna, the drive behind her creative nature steeped in the need to share music that feels good. When she isn’t composing, Autumn keeps busy playing in community orchestras and ensembles in and around Madison, taking classes through Berklee College of Music online, and spends her spare time indulging her love of web design, studying languages, collecting Disney toys, going for long walks and watching black and white films.
