Andrew discovered his love for writing children’s literature while studying at Muhlenberg College where he designed an independent study on the subject and performed field work, reading to preschoolers. He is currently a Web Producer at NBCUniversal. Although his career has led him in a different direction, he has kept up with his passion of writing children’s stories. He especially enjoys reading his stories to his favorite critics: his wife and his 20-month-old son.
What do you read for pleasure?
I love to read horror, though I also enjoy Ernest Hemingway and anybody who follows his school of writing. My favorite authors include Philip Roth, Tim O'Brien, Edgar Allen Poe, and Roald Dahl.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I have a Kindle, but I definitely prefer the feeling of a paper book in my hands.
