It's been a long dream of mine to complete this book, and the day has finally come. I started this journey with Eyris, Rune, and co. when I was around the age of ten, the story following me everywhere from Arkansas to California (and strangely, back again), to Italy and Japan, and beyond. I have spent many nights writing on my father's pre-Windows Tandy on a blue and white screen, days scribbling notes on the bleachers of my high school gym and, much later in life, devious afternoons in my cubicle sketching out chapters when I was supposed to be working, followed by years of collegiate practice spent in three fine colleges that helped prepare me for the tenuous/arduous/maddening task of completing an epic novel.

Now that it is finished and I am ready to open up my world to this one, I can only wonder on the coincidence of the year: 2012, the year of the dragon. I hope that you take a chance on the characters of my imagination. This story is dear to me, and it's been my every ambition to share it with others. It is my greatest honor to finally offer the opportunity.

Smashwords Interview

When did you first start writing?
When I was six or seven I started writing what I thought at the time to be poetry and fantasy stories.
What's the story behind your latest book?
"Reborn for You" was an attempt to face my own demons and issues with depression and bereavement, in addition to the world's fascination with labels. I hope that the true message is received effectively, however subtle, through the text itself.
