Biography
It is Anne Hamilton's joy and privilege to help writers, directors, and performers create new scripts and theatrical experiences. She also helps screenwriters to develop the stories of their dreams.
She is the Founder of Hamilton Dramaturgy, an international consultancy based in New York City's professional scene, and located in Bucks County, PA. She has twenty years of experience in the professional theatre in New York City, across the country, and internationally. The majority of her clients are located in New York and Los Angeles, and she welcomes clients from any corner of the world. Her clients have gone on to win the Pulitzer Prize, the MacArthur “Genius” Award, the Tony ® Award, and a Royal Court International Residency. Last year, STAGE DIRECTIONS magazine named her a “trailblazer” in American dramaturgy.
Hamilton has consulted with Andrei Serban, the Joseph Papp Public Theater, the Harold Prince Musical Theatre Institute, Michael Mayer, Lynn Nottage, Yehuda (Judd) Ne'eman, Classic Stage Company, B.T. McNicholl,Tina Andrews, NYSCA, Jean Cocteau Repertory Theater, Leslie Lee, Andrew Barrett, The New York City Public Library's Schomberg Center for Research in Black Culture, and the University of Iowa Playwrights Workshop.

Daddy's Home: A Memoir of Fatherhood and Laughter

I thoroughly enjoyed Solomon Jones' ebook DADDY'S HOME. He has a terrific talent for dialogue and comedy. I've been a writing consultant for over twenty years, and I have seen alot of work by professional writers which is just not enjoyable. I completely relaxed and enjoyed myself from the very first page of DADDY'S HOME. His characters - family - resounded in my head for days afterward. This is a great book. Anne Hamilton.
