Self harm is a common coping mechanism used by many different people, it is also highly addicting. I have experienced self harm myself for a few years now but over time I have developed skills to help me cope without harming myself. A book compiled of poems that I have written about many topics such as depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety. Many poems are also about my experiences of Childhood sexual abuse and how it has affected me and still does daily. This is my first ever published book. I hope to inspire and bring hope to all who read it.
