Even his younger brother (Elton Z. Ortiz is serving time for murder). All three Ortiz' in jail. Parents still at the 1516 Denver house. I purchased the book bc I wondered about her killer, she had been in my class and I am very familiar with the area having called northside my home. I'm glad my parents were strict with me, at 12/13 I wasn't getting guys phone numbers or chatting with guys on the phone.
