Deborah A. Vails is an Apostle and has been in full-time ministry since 1982. She has served as Women’s Aglow President, Sunday School Teacher, Missionette Leader, Youth Pastor, Lay Coordinator, Assistant Pastor and District Youth Board Member.
Deborah is Founder and Overseer of Set Free Outreach Ministries and Women of Power Ministries. Deborah travels throughout the United States and abroad ministering in word and song.
