I was born in the last year of the 70's in a remote part of the UK.
I grew up loving literature and music. Music became my first love throughout my teen years, but as I grew into my twenties and work overtook music, I found that writing was a much easier realise of my pent up creativity. In 2006, 'Argyle' was born. I also began work on my Middle Grade Fantasy novel which is currently doing the rounds with agents. Plenty more books on the horizon, just waiting for the impetus to get them all finished!
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Magician by Raymond E. Feist, the Devil's Punchbowl by Greg Iles, Hitchhikers Guide by DNA, Mort by Terry Pratchett and Dune by Frank Herbert
What do you read for pleasure?
Almost anything! Just not romantic novels! I love reading picture books to my children. There are some great Middle Grade out there too. I'm a firm believer of reading all styles and genres to help improve my craft.
