Connie Arnold

Biography

Connie Arnold writes to inspire, uplift and encourage others, especially those who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. She is the author of Beautiful Moments of Joy & Peace, Abiding Hope & Love, and Abundant Comfort and Grace. In 2011 she published a calendar for 2012, Glimpses of Grace. Since being diagnosed with lupus and dealing with the challenges from it, she has looked for the good things in life. This new book, A Symphony of Seasons, shares the beauty and joy she has found in music and the seasons.

Connie lives in North Carolina with her husband Tom, and has two children and three grandsons, who have inspired her to begin writing for children. She has one published children’s book, Animal Sound Mix-up, with another, Olive and the Great Flood, scheduled for release in 2012 by Guardian Angel Publishing.

Composing music and the text for it allowed her gift of poetry to emerge. In addition to her writing, she has served as church organist and choir director, and plays piano and flute. She presently works with The Lupus Foundation of America to support others living with lupus, spread education, awareness and hope.
