Hello!, I'm Otto the otter. My best friend is a hedgehog. I narrate Volume 3 in the "Animal Clan" series of children's books titled "Otto Otter, Sunna Hedgehog & the Premonitions of Mr. Sun." I masquerade as a human, while using my dad's given name Daniel, as my pen name. My human mask makes me look like a real human - right? I did this because no one would publish a story written by a adolescent otter named Otto. Whenever I try to do something big people do, dad tells me he'll let me do it when I grow up. Growing up takes forever! Everything I create is drawn from personal experiences & my wild imagination. Dad used to say I let my imagination run away with me. He has it backwards! I run away with my imagination 'cause it's more fun. Because I'm an orphan now, I spend more time these days imagining things & writing about them, 'cause dad hasn't been around much lately. Please keep in touch by reading my up-and-coming stories. They're about all the things I do with new family of imaginary animal friends. In my stories, I do lots of things: I've been a sky diver, a dragon who impersonates crocodiles to fit in, a Scottish beaver & logger who becomes a mason building bridges & dams, a sky writing pilot, telephone lineman, train engineer, race car driver, astronaut, singer, dreamer & poet or was it just a dream? I also interviewed a blue baby girrafe. Find out about my experiences & fantasies by reading about my tails, I mean tales. Oh yeah! I also went to school, taught by humans, so I could also be a writer. I also went to art school to learn illustration & oil painting. I illustrate my own stories, too! Hang in there! There's more animal fun to come.
