Having built several successful companies of her own both in the US and Europe Merry works globally with businesses that struggle with integrating cultures, generations and team work into their workplace. Her continued work with women focuses on the transitions of a women’s life; from woman to mother and mother to empty nester.

How did you come to write a book about this topic of habits?
Many of my followers know my story of having it all and losing everything to debilitating Lyme disease. I have degrees and certifications in behavioral sciences, emotional intelligence and cultural collaboration and had previously done work and facilitated workshops on self-leadership but now it became even more important in my own life. I had read all the books on the topic that I could get my hands on but I needed practical tools that could help me stay focused and take care of myself. This prescription, as I call it, is recognized by leaders all over the world who have created and built great lives, businesses and communities. Learning these simple yet challenging techniques will set you on your way to achieve great things and push through any obstacle placed before you.
