A.T. Reddaway is half Scottish and half English, so he likes to say British. He first saw the light of this world in August 1984 in London, and was promptly whisked off to live in Sri Lanka with his parents. Sadly an escalating civil war sent them back to England after 2 years.
Living in London and then Devon, he was educated in the West Country before reading Spanish and French with Business at Oxford Brookes University. This was the gateway to the international life he dreamed of, taking him to Eastern France, Barcelona and Buenos Aires.
Later, after travelling much of the Brazilian coastline, he settled in Rio de Janeiro where he now lives with his wife. He is a TEFL teacher, cocktail bartender, sailboat captain and environmentalist.
