Lisa Mills

Reading and writing have been passions of mine since my childhood. I feel privileged that I'm able to spend my days doing something I love. And the fact that I can do this job in my pajamas and fuzzy house slippers makes it the perfect career. :-) Kidding aside, each story is a journey in which I learn, explore, and grow through the trials and joys of my characters. I hope you will enjoy meeting them and reading about their lives.

My writing career began when I attended Bethel College and earned a degree in Professional Writing. Since 2001 I've worked as a freelance writer, penning devotions, book reviews, a biography, and much more. My articles have appeared in magazines such as "Today's Christian Woman" and "Brio" and I've contributed short stories to several anthologies aimed at encouraging families of special-needs children.

I have three novels published with more on the way. A complete list of my published work can be found on my website.

I live in the Michiana area with my husband and our blended family of five kids who come and go at random, a fat cat, a large dog with an over-abundance of personality, and a flock of spoiled chickens.
