Five years ago after living in Chile for ten years I had the opportunity to try Ayhauasca. It became a long journey of jungle medicines and dietas of various kinds, but with surprising conclusions. Eventually I no longer needed to take ayahuasca to have visions, as the magical world came to me directly. I call this the spell of the unconscious. This led me on a journey into the magical world to try and find out how to manage the situation.
In a previous life I was a visual effects artist and college professor.

Tolstoy - War and Peace for everything especially the battle scenes and deep human insights. Dostoevsky - The Idiot. Dostoevsky is just so against the grain of what is expected. Everything he writes is so interesting. Sivananda - Thought Control. This books is illuminated with divine wisdom Initiation into Hermetics Frans Bardon. The most important book on magic from the 20th century Treatise on White Magic Alice Bailey. A genius of epic proportions explains the universe
What do you read for pleasure?
Books on religion and magic mainly and the occasional technical manual on visual effects.
