Bruce Ching

Biography

In my vocation, I teach law students about fundamentals of analysis, research, writing, and advocacy. I graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996.

My avocations include energy healing and martial arts, focused on qigong (ch'i kung), reiki, and Chen style taijiquan (t'ai chi ch'uan). My involvement in taijiquan and qigong began in 1981 and included a year in the People's Republic of China. My study of reiki began in 2002. My teaching of these arts is interactive. I focus on conveying an understanding of basic skills -- what makes these modalities effective. I'm grateful for my teachers' guidance, and I became an e-book author so that I could more widely pass along the instruction I received and the experiences I encountered in practice.
