Ben Brickweg


Ben Brickweg is the author of the Do-It-Yourself Business Sales Guidebook and founder of Venator Business Advisors. He has counseled numerous owners of small privately held businesses on valuation, exit strategy and other strategic transaction related matters.

At a young age, Ben started a company to execute promotional marketing initiatives for outdoor sports companies. In his early career, Ben worked on projects for national marketing agencies on big fancy client accounts. Then he transitioned to helping small companies develop marketing, financial, and technology strategies.

In recent years, Ben's practice area has focused primarily on business transactions. His creative thinking and ability to find win-win outcomes has earned him a reputation as one of the industry's rising stars.

Ben holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA in Strategic Marketing and is pursuing his law degree in the evening program at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul Minnesota.
