I've never made wine, but always thought I'd like to try. If I do, I'll use this book. It's straight forward yet detailed enough that I think I could. And the recipes cover every kind from corn to dandelion. (And grape too.) Even if you are like me and have only a passing interest in making wine, this book is worth a read. You might start collecting bottles. :)
