Biography

J. David Robbins is a former educator and guidance counselor in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of UCLA in History and has a masters degree in educational administration. Also, he is a life long writer. His current novel, Open Carry, is a tragicomic approach to to issues that plague the American democracy today. Foremost among these issues is our inability to hold a rational discussion of disparate issues across the political spectrum. His previous novel, The Layout, is the story of a happy outsider in the 21st century and a seemingly unrelated small Southern city early in the previous century. A new novel is currently in progress.
