Bert Goolsby, a Citadel graduate with a law degree from the University of South Carolina and an advanced law degree from the University of Virginia, is a former Chief Deputy Attorney General of South Carolina. He recently retired as a Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and lives in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife Prue. He attends Westminster Presbyterian Church where he has served as a deacon and an elder and has taught Sunday School.
