i have done a lot of research on weight loss and personal dietary issues and what it all comes down to is having a balanced diet. in this book i have many examples of what we all need to look out for in our every day diet. With the correct calorie intake over time our bodies can slowly heal itself and with that we will loose weight and become healthy and have more energy. I am living proof.
