What are you working on now?
I had a situation where my son made a friend with a gender confused girl. Since I wasn't sure if it was a boy thinking he was a girl, or a girl thinking he was a boy, I made sure to find out. My question ended my son's friendship with the girl. That wasn't my intention, since I just wanted to make sure my son knew if his friend was a girl or a boy. This situation inspired a story, which I'm currently writing. I'm sure it won't be well received by the LGBTQ+ community, but it's my way of letting them know how straight people view the possiblity of falling for someone they think is the opposite sex, when it turns out to be the same. This story is now available and is called: She Said, He Said, They Said
Why does Savannah's Succulents have two different endings?
I explain this in the foreward but let me go a bit more indepth here. Before I started writing this story, I had this crazy idea of a woman having sex with an alien that wouldn't have a traditional penis. I wanted something that would have many appendages. When I started writing the story, and Savannah enjoyed her succulent so immensely, I thought maybe it could end with her living happily ever after with her lover. But then it quickly went dark. At that point I knew only two options remained, either she would be a hostage or the alien would die. I didn't want Savannah to be the ultimate victim, so I wrote a HEA (in Book Two). Then I realized I couldn't fully explore a few of the growth options of the alien. That is why I wrote the alternate ending, so I could incorporate these ideas and show how complex the alien would become. Since the foreward isn't enough of a warning (see review of someone who ignored it and bought the Blush Cut), I will try to state it clearer here. Book two has a happy ending, and the Blush Cut has a very unhappy ending. Please choose wisely and don't punish me if you buy the wrong one.
