AL Boyd

Biography

A cartographer by day, A. L. Boyd spends most of her free time with her horses, gardening, or reading. She never intended to be a writer, but stories like this one sometimes just pop into her head. The writing came about as a way to get the stories out.

Smashwords Interview

What is your e-reading device of choice?
I love the older kindles that have the text to speech function because I can sync them to my car radio and listen to the books as I commute to work.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I have a full time job as a GIS specialist with a county government. Basically, I make maps all day long and write in my free time. My free time, though, is split between my horses, my garden, my crochet, and even the volunteer editing. For the past three years, I’ve volunteered to help edit the stories for the Goodreads M/M Romance group writing event.
