When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Bonding with Nature, walking my dogs in the woods, taking them swimming with the kayak, snow-shoeing in the winter.
I practice some standing meditation and Qigong movements. I usually manage to work out a few times a week, mainly weight training with a lot of calisthenics, handstands, yoga poses in between sets... My cardio is mainly kettlebell swings and indoor fixed-gear bike, with some dance and kickbox choreography mixed in.
