  • Sorceurian Dragonier Blackthorn on Oct. 30, 2011

This short story series by the author has had a very good beginning. It is VERY short but the writing is such that you are hooked from page 2. After getting lost in the woods, the girls find a portal that transports them to a castle. They are captured and held among other prisoners, each with a different fate chosen for them. I definitely can't wait for the author to finish this series so I can find out what happens to Rebecca and Steph.
  • Zoctornyia's Training Grounds on Oct. 30, 2011

Yet another amazing short story by the Author! This series is about Tiffany, her brother Marcus and best friend Violet going to the school that Tiffany and Marcus' dad teaches at on another planet. There are MANY twists and turns including the introduction of a new race of characters. Another series that I can't wait for the author to finish :)
  • Book One of the Zoctornyia Series: Vultar's Heart, Body and Soul Mate on Oct. 30, 2011

First off I have to say that this is not usually a type of book that I would get "into" since the whole "other worlds" thing doesn't really float my boat, but holy moly! I was hooked from the beginning lines so I'm so glad I was lucky enough to receive this short story ebook from the Author after reading Part 1 of the series. It starts out with Elizabeth going in the basement after hearing noises and being knocked out cold by the 3 guys down there. She ends up in a dungeon where she meets Vultar (swoon!!!) and his son Tronarc, whose "people" end up breaking all of them out of the jail. In the process Vultar completely mesmerizes Elizabeth (and me!) and tells her that they are soul-mates, that his name for her is Setiana, and that he will never let any harm come to her. There are many twists and turns, including Setiana's pregnancy/childbirth and many battles. It is action packed from start to finish! This short story is definitely an amazingly unique find :)
  • Malver Part 1 on Oct. 30, 2011

This is another short story series that I received from the Author. The story line is great! It has some of the same characters as Vultar's series but the author introduces new characters as well as the usual twists and turns that make her stories so much fun to read!! Definitely can't wait for her to finish this series :)
  • Haunted on Nov. 11, 2011

After reading Oceans of Red Volume 1, I could not help but jump towards this book! Willow has a way of writing that makes her books totally addicting! Each of these short tales of hauntings were "spooky" yet hilarous at the same time. I love how she incorporated stories where she was completely at ease with the "others" and stories where she was actually afraid herself! My favorite was the last story about the "Blue Girl" in the older house. Every time I move I am always curious to find what was left behind, although I have never found anything as fun as that painting! This is definitely a fun read for the Halloween holiday.
  • Setiana's New Life Part 1 on Dec. 06, 2011

I received this book from the author. This is yet another wonderful short story by Beth. She definitely has a knack for writing additive series. Setiana is put under a spell, wakes up and finds herself in yet another dungeon of some sort. Only this time she is put in with one of the most beautiful women she has ever seen...but what she finds out about said woman will knock your socks off. Definitely a great read :) I can't wait to see what Beth comes up with next!!!
  • Dance Me To The End Of Time on Jan. 01, 2012

This was a great short story! It's just long enough to make you wonder how it's going to end, but not so short that you don't get a sense of the story line.
  • The Dark Gifts Birthright on Jan. 02, 2012

This is definitely one of those books that will have you hooked from page one!! I had a really hard time putting Birthright down, which was a really bad thing since I kept reading it right before bed. I even had several dreams about it, that's how good it is!! Birthright is definitely different from other paranormal romance/vampire type books because it actually focuses on the action instead of the love story. Willow's representation of some of the scenes were so descriptive that I had a hard time removing the visualizations from my brain. I kept playing some of the scenes over and over so much that I wished (and seriously hope) that the book becomes a movie just so I could see exactly what she was picturing when she wrote the book! You will get what I mean once you get towards the end of the book ;) I recommend this book for ALL paranormal lovers.
  • The Mind Entangled - Part One: The Discovery on Jan. 02, 2012

I enjoyed this short story. From a personal aspect, I don't know if I could handle finding out the that man that I thought I was deeply in love with was not the person I thought that I had fell in love with. This is a great short read :)
  • Dreams Both Real and Strange on Jan. 02, 2012

KW is a great writer. Her stories are easy to read and very relate-able. Wraith was by far my favorite short story and I can't wait for the author to finish it!!
  • The Dark Gifts Inheritance on Jan. 02, 2012

Oh my goodness!! Where to start?! Willow has done it again! Not only is her writing style completely addictive, her descriptions of scenes were, again, so intense that I had dreams about this book. The Werewolf/Hunter/Druid combo is just something you wouldn't expect. The character development for this book was off the charts incredible! Following Sarah and Jason through this book and seeing characters from book 1, Birthright, was amazing! I recommend this action packed book to all Paranormal lovers :)
  • A Christmas Miracle on Jan. 02, 2012

This is a great short story about a recently divorced mother of 4 and her struggles to keep her dream alive. Her perseverance is heartwarming and inspirational to anyone who has been in a similar situation. This is definitely a great read for the holidays. I recommend this book to anyone that needs a little hope and inspiration :)
  • Vultar's Tellianar Part 1 on Feb. 20, 2012

  • Madison's Life Lessons on Feb. 20, 2012

I love the story line and format of this book! The author very skillfully paired a sweet, innocent goody-two-shoes girl with an awesomely hot bad-boy (man!) and had no remorse about doing so! There are several parts where I'm fairly certain that my heart stopped in anticipation for the next scene. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Madison's transformation throughout this book and cannot wait to see what happens in the next book! I recommend this book to anyone who likes a little bad boy hottie action ;)
  • Fantasies of the Waking Dreamer on Feb. 20, 2012

This a great collection of poetry. I really enjoyed all of the poems, but Pass the Birthday Cake was my favorite. I do not read poetry all that much, but when I do I like to turn to this author for my enjoyment. She just has a way with words that speaks to my soul and gives me great enjoyment. I recommend this to pretty much everyone. The author has a way of writing to where everyone would enjoy the words :)
  • Haunted Moon (A Moon Coven Series Novella) on May 06, 2012

I love the cover on this short story companion to the Moon Coven Series by the author. And I really loved that it could be a stand alone book since I have not yet read the first book, Compulsion. The author brilliantly weaves a tale that leaves you wanting more. I loved reading about the characters and can't wait for the re-release of Compulsion to be able to continue following them! I recommend this book to everyone who likes a good witch story :)
  • Homeless on May 17, 2012

I really enjoyed this short story that the author has weaved. Without saying too much and giving it away, all I can say is that homeless Wiley forms a irreplaceable friendship with Emily, who, in the end, helps him in a way that most "real" friends could not. I recommend this short story to anyone who likes a inspirational read with a twist :)
  • News from Dead Mule Swamp on June 03, 2012

I loved this introduction to the Anastasia Raven series. Mystery books have been a secret love of mine, so when I was presented with the opportunity to review this little gem, I just couldn't resist! The author skillfully presents just enough of the story to keep you wondering whodunit, while still keeping you engaged with the intriguing story line. I love how she presented the main character, and instantly fell in love with her inquisitive attitude. I'm definitely purchasing and can't wait to read the next books from the author. I would recommend this series to all who love a good whodunit mystery :)
  • A Higher Calling on June 14, 2012

This book was a completely different genre than what I'm used to seeing from the author. With that said, I completely loved it!! Sofia is the ultimate heroine, in my opinion. She has the love of a mother combined with the vengeance of a ninja killer. Her "victims" never see it coming, which makes the act all the more amazing to me. I love this new streak that the author is on and literally can't wait to see what she comes out with next!
