Natasha Harding, 37, Sun journalist, yoga teacher and mother of six-year-old Zak has worked as the Sun's Book Columnist for just over six years and teaching yoga for the same time.
Before Zak was born Natasha worked full-time at the Sun for the Woman's pages but didn't go back to work full-time after he was born, instead she decided to work for the Sun on a freelance basis and teach yoga, with a particular focus on pregnancy yoga.
Natasha began collecting real women's birth stories two years ago when she realised that many women were relaying positive experiences rather than the usual horror stories you hear about and she wanted to see if there was a connection between a good and a bad time during birth. As well as interviewing women, Natasha spoke to many healthcare professionals about birth.
Natasha also wanted to explore the fact that women change when they have a baby - something that our society doesn't often talk about. The result is Natasha's first book, From Bump to Baby. The book isn't just about natural births, rather real stories and real women.
From Bump to Baby contains inspirational stories from real women about being pregnant, giving birth and what being a mum really means.
