Paul Casselle

My first novel is now available at Smashwords - “Conversations with Eric”.

This story charts the traumatic fall of a good, but unchallenged man, Simon Leigh. His life has been a simple, charmed progression from schoolyard to workplace…until now. Suddenly everything disintegrates, and throws him into a world he never knew was there. He descends into life’s criminal underbelly, in a desperate attempt to find out who he really is, but more importantly, what is right and what is wrong.

I have steered this tale through the deepest of depressions as well as the side-splitting absurdities of life, which I hope makes it an entertaining read. However, for me, only a story that is not afraid to go wherever fate demands, resonates with real life.

I currently live in Spain with 3 labradors, 2 children and 1 girlfriend.

Moving to Spain gave me the impetus I needed to finish my first novel, Conversations with Eric. The warm climate caused me to move the second half of the novel here as well.

I love telling a compelling story that will both intrigue and excite my readers. I want to take you to places that will exhilarate as well as entertain. I'm never shy about sailing near the edge. The un-usual is my normal and jaw-dropping surprising my stock-in-trade.

The first book in my new psychological thriller series, If The Bed Falls In, is currently available from Smashwords and Amazon in eReader and paperback versions. If you liked Conversations with Eric, watch out, If The Bed Falls In will knock your socks off!

Book two in the thriller series, As Mad as Hell, is out now on Smashwords and Amazon in eReader and paperback. It takes up the story where Bed left off; delving deep into the criminal plans of the One-Percenters who are determined to enslave us all!

BOOK REVIEWS "'Conversations with Eric' is by far one of the most original and unique reads that I have came across so far on Kindle." Lucidity - reader "This book really is a magnetic read, it is fast paced, sharp and the humour... very British. If it were a film it would be directed by Guy Ritchie and have a kick-ass soundtrack by John Murphy!" Annie H - reader
