Catherine Levenstein is a medical and psychological author, mother of 4 children. She has spent the last 9 years studying the various alternative and non-standard approaches to prevention, delaying and halting the onset of Alzheimer's. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, hiking and cycling with her family and Southern style home cooking.
