Dr John Weekes

Dr. John Weekes is the Pastor/Founder of Gateway To Heaven Church, Inc. (www.gatewaytoheavenchurch.org). From an early age growing up in the Caribbean, Dr.Weekes felt the call of God on his life and even as a child would sit and ponder over such mysteries as life and death, Heaven and Hell, the meaning and purpose of life, and the existence of a Creator whose name is God. Eventually Dr. Weekes decided to pursue a legal education and was called to the Bar of Lincoln's Inn, London, and thereafter practiced law for a period of some twenty years before eventually deciding to enter Seminary where he obtained Doctorates in Theology (1992-2000)and Religious Education, (2000- 2004) from United Bible College and Theological Seminary.
Since then, Dr Weekes has dedicated his entire life to the ministry, via the preaching, teaching and propagation of God's word.
Dr. Weekes is the author of several books including, UNDERSTAND FORGIVENESS, UNDERSTANDING THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY, UNDERSTANDING THE EXISTENCE OF GOD, and also a historical novel WAR OF THE WORLDS, and CRY OUT MY SOUL(a compilation of poems and short stories), and the current publication ESCAPE OR PERISH an end time saga, focusing on the Rapture of the Church and end time events.
